Alternatively, you can see if there’s a similar app you can use instead. See if there’s an updated version of the app. If you reinstall the app and it doesn’t prompt you to access the camera, it could be incompatible with the latest version of macOS. Note how old the app in question is, as this could explain why you’re having a problem. Like mentioned, i only can see these shadows, when Must a apple screen be 100% homogenuous at plain grey/white background, or must there be tolerances? i am not sure, how backlight LED is working, maybe it must be like this, due to technical aspects?Ĭould you please check your screen, if you have any late 2013 imac 27", if you encounter same inhomogenuity? Is this still in the frame/tolerance/threshold, where a TFT is ok? (less on left) and maybe about 10-20 vertical shadows, 4cm wide May i ask, if the panel is still ok, when it shows kind of LED backlight clouding?įor example, i switch background image to plain dark gray, (better for working), then i can see, that the imac screen is a bit darker on the right side, and it has very light shadows, vertically, very soft edged, about 4cm wide, very soft cloudy from right to left. I just received my new imac 27" late 2013 today, and its great!
